FiorFiore is Coop’s reaction in the field of “heritage food” to the rising trend of the polarization of consumer’s choices. The project - medium sized spaces in malls and hi-flow places such as airports and railway stations - combines identifying elements of the product - the packaging color - with its vocational matrix - Italian food, local cultures and know-hows. Traditional storytelling, heritage recipes and icons from the food culture become part of the space.
THIS PROJECT IS PART OF A DESIGN EXPLORATION OF COMMUNICATION ISSUES AND POTENTIALITIES IN THE MASS MARKET. AS WELL AS OTHER PROJECTS IN THIS SECTION IT HAS BEEN DEVELOPED FOR PROMINENT ITALIAN MASS RETAILING BRAND COOP.
